Fixing a collapsed commercial ceiling

The ceiling in the back of this Glendale retail store was in bad shape after they experienced a pipe burst from above. Water went everywhere and seeped through the ceiling, eventually creating a huge hole. The water began to leak onto the floor. Our office team gave management quick tips on what to do until our SERVPRO crew arrived at the scene.

After drying the floor with air movers, we performed demolition to remove the part of the ceiling that was affected. Our technicians managed to save most of the ceiling, saving the company thousands.
