Water Damage

This location is around the Los Angeles area and was the result of a roof leak that occurred out of no where. Usually roof leaks are caused by the ac units and/or rain. When the buliding uses ac all day and everyday, it usually starts to slowly ruined the unit than move onto the ceiling. The owner was shocked because it came out of no where and ruined all the furniture and electronics. SERVPRO of Central Glendale luckliy got the call within minutes and left within seconds. SERVPRO of Central Glendale did an inspection and started the next day.
